Policies

Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best possible scheduling, I require a 48 hour notice or any cancellations or changes to your booked service (ie: you are booked for cut/color but only want the cut). Should you cancel or change less than 48 hours, a 50% fee  of the total cost scheduled will apply and be added onto your next service.  Anything cancelled day off or no showed, 100% of the cost of service booked will be due before another service can be booked

Service Redo Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days and I am happy to correct the issue for you at no charge (unless it goes above and beyond what we discussed in the consultation, then it will be priced accordingly).
