Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best possible scheduling, I require a 48 hour notice or any cancellations or changes to your booked service (ie: you are booked for cut/color but only want the cut). Should you cancel or change less than 48 hours, a 50% fee  of the total cost scheduled will apply and be added onto your next service.  Anything cancelled day off or no showed, 100% of the cost of service booked will be due before another service can be booked

Service Redo / Retail Return Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days and I am happy to correct the issue for you at no charge (unless it goes above and beyond what we discussed in the consultation, then it will be priced accordingly) Should you need to return a retail product, I will accept them for full credit within 14 days of purchase.
